Reports

This section provides access to documents describing the situation in the 4 countries involved in the project (i.e. Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Lithuania) with reference to Knowledge Management applied to the training processes in the health system.

Within this section the following documents are available:

• National Needs Analysis Reports produced in each of the partners countries in order to analyse and describe the training needs of the trainers working in the health sector.
• Transnational Needs Analysis Report that merges and compares the national reports produced.

The Reports were developed on the basis of the application of the Knowledge Assessment Method based on the filling in of Knowledge assessment grids by trainers working within the health sector.
