National ConferencesConference are organised in each country of the partnership involving Trainers in the Health Sector. The Conferences aim to present to the trainers, through the contribution of experts in the field, the results of the Hippocrates project and to enhance a in depth discussion concerning the application of Knowledge Management as a necessary tool for their systematic approach to continuous training. The need of a more aware approach to knowledge management has emerged during the first year of the project. Conference in The Czech Republic Experts in the field of Knowledge Management, identified by Presidio Sanitario Gradenigo, will participate to each of tte National Conferences, in order to present the method developed and tested during the Hippocrates Project. |
