MeetingsMeetings are a key moment for the partners involve in the project to discuss about the project activities and on the methods and tools to be implemented to achieve the expected results. The Meetings are carefully organised in order to achieve the maximum involvement of all the participants. During each meeting a reminder of the aims and activities of the History On Line project is provided and each partner is given the opportunity to present the activities carried out, the results achieved and the problems encountered. All the documents and materials related to the project’s activities are distributed to all the partners organised in a Meeting Folder. Future activities are thouroughly discussed and the methodologies for carrying them out are agreed on by all partners. Following to the meeting the Minutes are distributed to all partners together with a synthetic reminder of the Deadlines.
