Susanna De Maria’s main knowledge and experience is about Organization and Management, Process-Engineering , Communication Processes, TQM and continuous improvement and in particular about Knowledge Management specifically applied to Industries and Services. She worked in Fiat Auto and Iveco with managerial responsibilities as well as trainer and coach .As consultant she has been working with Universities, Management Training Institutes, private companies and Public Administration. As Knowledge Management Expert she has been collaborating in various projects, in training course and seminars and she collaborates to web magazines.

L’esperienza di Susanna De Maria è nella Gestione e Organizzazione, nel Process Re-engineering, nella Comunicazione Aziendale, nella Qualità Totale (TQM) nel Miglioramento Continuo ed in particolare nel Knowledge Management applicato a realtà industriali e di servizi. Ha lavorato in Fiat Auto e Iveco con responsabilità organizzative e manageriali, di formazione e coaching . Come consulente ha lavorato presso Università , ISFOL, P.A. e aziende piccole, medie e grandi. Come esperto di Knowledge Management ha collaborato a numerosi progetti, tenuto corsi e seminari e collabora a riviste web specializzate.

Gabriella De Pasquale

Gabriella De Pasquale is assistant to the Project Coordinator of the Hippocrates Project at the Gradenigo Hospital, supporting planned activities and in charge of text translations. Working experience as Account Executive, coordinating advertising activity for the Tourist Board. Degree in Philosophy and Human Sciences at the University of Turin, developing specializations in Psychology and Sociology with a thesis on youth and crime. Master course in Localization – English to Italian translation and proofreading of technical manuals, video games and software localization. Ability to communicate and good interaction working in a team group.

Gabriella De Pasquale collabora con il Project Manager del progetto Hippocrates (ospedale Gradenigo), nella realizzazione delle attività e incaricata della traduzione dei testi. Esperienza di Account c/o un’agenzia pubblicitaria francese, seguendo tutte le fasi di realizzazione delle brochure allegate alle riviste dei maggiori gruppi europei. Laurea in Filosofia e Scienze Umane, conseguita presso l’Università di Torino, specializzandosi in Psicologia e Sociologia con una tesi sul carcere minorile. Master in Localizzazione, traduzioni inglese>italiano di manuali tecnici, videogiochi e istruzioni per l’uso. Buona capacità comunicativa e di lavorare in team.
