Instructions for using the Portal (Italian Version - English Version) Introduction to the Hippocrates System and Knowledge Management for Trainers in Health Sector. To introduce the Hippocrates Portal and Knowledge Management reference model here applied and to explain aims and reasons to have worked about such items it is enough the following line : How to become a better trainer getting into the Knowledge Management world. Being a Trainer is considered under any discipline a really strategic and important role. - the need to update systematically the knowledge, according to the context development and evolvement The Hippocrates System represented in the present portal, has been designed and fulfilled adapting and integrating Knowledge Management models consolidated in different fields as well as the relevant tools specific to cover the above critical concepts. The Hippocrates System consists of: - Knowledge Self-assessment The System includes new self assessments to measure improvements achieved about the Gap detected. The Hippocrates System has been designed with a dynamic approach. For this reasons all trainers are invited to test the System and leave their impressions, suggestions, critical point of view, comments, etc using the Forum active onto this Portal. The Hippocrates Experts will be delighted to debate and compare their point of view, to obtain a System really shared. To fully access to all the active sections of the Portal (e.g. Training Package, Self assessment, Forum, ecc..) it is necessary to be registered
